Day 2 & 3 — Two Travel Days. Zero Excuses.

I just wrapped up two back-to-back travel days, and honestly?

I feel amazing.

No bloating. No sluggish digestion. No inflammation.

Just… steady, strong, and proud of how I’ve shown up.

But here’s the part that blows my mind:

Since starting pHix, I’ve taken 4 flights and been on a 2-week car trip… and for the first time in YEARS, I haven’t had a single issue with:

Inflammation, Digestive discomfort, Swelling That awful “puffy/travel hangover” feeling I used to get every. single. time.

I used to dread travel.

Not because of the destination, but because of what it did to my body.

I would feel heavy, puffy, bloated, and just… off.

And it would take me days to recover after every trip.

But not anymore.

Now, I travel with confidence, and my little brown bottle comes with me everywhere.

Day 2 Recap:

Even with a packed travel schedule, I found a way to get it all in:

✅ Got my workout in (yes, even on the road!)

✅ Hit my 120 oz water goal

✅ Stayed intentional with meals

✅ Took my pHix + pHit like clockwork

Day 3 Recap:

Another day of travel, but I had a plan.

I couldn’t get my workout in before the flight, but I knew I’d be doing it once I got home and I made sure to take extra steps in the airport.

Stayed on point with food, water, and both of my daily activators.

The biggest win?

I didn’t make excuses. I made adjustments.

And that’s growth I’m celebrating.

This isn’t about perfection, it’s about momentum.

And I’m carrying that energy straight into Day 4.
