Day 1 — Game On 💪

Today was a really good day.

And I’m claiming that energy, because this is the start of something powerful. Not just another challenge… this is a commitment to ME.

I kicked off Day 1 of my pHit in 60 with purpose.

Woke up, took my pHix first thing, and moved my body.

Then came the workout, I got in a solid sweat session, plus added in some weights later in the day. Focused on arms and upper body, with a little lower body too. It felt so good.

Oh, and yep, I took my before pics today. That part’s never fun, but I know I’ll be grateful I captured Day 1.

I also weighed in. (Not stressing the number, just using it as data.)

Fuel for the day looked like this:

Breakfast: Glow Iced Coffee Protein shake

Lunch: Grilled chicken with some guacamole and paleo chips

Afternoon snack: Fresh cherries (YUM)

Dinner: Grilled fish

Simple. Clean. Nourishing. And honestly, I felt great eating this way.

I hit both of my pHit doses today — one mid-morning and another mid-afternoon — and I’ve been crushing my water goal. 120 ounces down! Hydration = activated.

And here’s something I’m really proud of:

I started my personal development for the challenge.

I’m listening to Be Seen on Audible — and YES, I actually got in 30 minutes today while working out.

I’m not much of a reader (team audio over here 🙋🏼‍♀️), but I did challenge myself to read (not listen to) at least one book during these 60 days I wilm start it when I finish Be Seen.

Honestly, I feel excited. I feel focused. I feel ready.

There’s something different about this time.

Not desperate… not all-or-nothing… just steady, strong, and aligned.

Let’s see what Day 2 brings.

But today? Today was a win.

And I’m HERE FOR IT. 👏
